Gratitude
We have been quietly emerging from Spring, getting fences shored up and organizing for the summer camp that is coming up in a few weeks. And then this beautiful lady found her way to us last night. We do not know how this will all turn out, but we are grateful to hear her whinny at us every time we come into the barn to check on her.
Cross fencing
Working hard to put in the cross fencing to split a large pasture into four for rotational grazing. Thank goodness for amazing neighbors and volunteers - couldn’t be doing it without them!
Never a dull moment!
Went out to the barn this morning to find a wall was down and Isa had two gaping wounds on her jaw. She will be fine with lots of TLC, banamine, antibiotics, and saline scrubs, but geesh, never a dull moment around here!
